Mobile instructions/connected mode.
To get start, download the mobile app to your IOS or Android device.
When you start the app, you’ll be asked if you want to connect to a Bluetooth-enabled workstation or if you would like to use the app in Universal Mode.
The Universal mode allows users of any sit-stand workstation to create a transition plan and set transition reminders to improve desk usage from their desktop or mobile device.
The connected mode when used in conjunction with a blue-tooth enabled sit-stand desk from 40 different manufacturers, allows users to control and monitor their desk from their desktop or mobile device, create a transition plan, establish goals, program memory settings for proper heights.
After tapping “Search” to begin establishing the connection between your mobile device and your sit-stand workstation, the app will search for available desks.
Once it has found a desk, you can select to “Auto Pair” or use “List Nearby” to select your desk. This second option is typically used in a work environment where more than one compatible workstation exists.
When you have successfully connected, you will see a success message.
If you are having trouble connecting, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that your device is within 20 feet of your workstation.
Immediately after pairing, you will be able to control the height of your desk by dragging the slider up and down.
Simply drag your finger within the lighter gray area until the desk height matches your desired height. When you remove our fingers from the device, the app will change the height of your desk.
